Demon Customs and Performance will email you an invoice with every order. You can also access all of your past invoices and any store credits you might have from your account page. Please remember to create an account with us prior to ordering if you would like to use this feature.

Taxes and Duties

Demon Customs and Performance is 100% Canadian owned and operated. This means you will never be charged any customs duties or brokerage fees when you order from us. All prices on our website are in Canadian dollars. You will only be charged the appropriate HST or GST for your province or territory.

Shipping

Shipping is charged at a flatrate on most orders! Unfortunately, due to the geographic realities of operating in Canada, we have to charge additional shipping to some very remote addresses. This is because our couriers charge us extra fees to ship to these locations. The only way we can be profitable on these orders is to pass on some of the shipping cost to the customer. Additional shipping charges may also apply on very heavy products. Once again, this fee is imposed on us by the courier. In either case, a sales representative will contact you if extra shipping is required.
Flatrate Shipping
Demon Customs and Performance offers free shipping for most of our products.  However, for oversize items or for shipments to certain remote locations that our shipping courier does not have easy access to, we may charge an additional fee. Please note that signature is required for delivery.

For products that fall under the "Flatrate" label, Demon Customs and Performance is essentially paying for some of the shipping cost. In the event of a return the customer will be responsible for the shipping fees back to Demon Customs and performance and will be reimbursed the difference between the product price and the original shipping fee which was incurred. Please understand that shipping is a cost that is incurred by Demon Customs and Performance as a gesture to help customers save. However, if customers receive a wrong or defective item they will be reimbursed the entire amount.
PO Box
Most of our products cannot be shipped to a P.O Box. We deal with each order on a case by case basis. In the event that customers only have a P.O Box address there are solutions such as shipping to the nearest shipping courier station or an alternative address. Please contact us for more information, as each situation varies.

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Honesty is the best policy, and we always strive to be as straightforward as possible. Typically after a product is purchased, it takes 20-30 business days for customers to receive it (Canada-wide). However, some special order products may require additional processing days plus 3-4 weeks shipping period (shipment may take longer if being shipped to a remote area). Estimated Shipping Date
The estimated shipping date is calculated by estimating the time we obtain and package your products and adding that to the average courier speed based on shipping destination. During holiday seasons, please allow an extra 5-7 business days on top of the estimated shipping date due to the volume of orders being processed. Orders may arrive slightly earlier or slightly later than the estimated shipping date.
We have a 15 day EASY return policy upon receipt as long as the product is not used, damaged or altered in any form. Customers pay for the return shipping cost of the item and the cost of shipping we incurred when sending out the item initially. Unfortunately we may have to charge restocking fees on certain products.
